Hello, love! Today I am sharing some really great and practical wedding registry ideas. I know when I created my registry my husband and I had to really sit and think hard about what we needed or had just really wanted for a long time. We had already lived together and felt like we had everything we needed. And you don’t want to register for items just because you’re supposed to (why doesn’t Crate and Barrel allow you to register for a toaster full of cash? – Pam Beasley, The Office).
It’s really no surprise to hear that most couples are choosing to live together before marriage. Each year, more and more couples see cohabiting as the next logical step in their progressing relationship. It’s a smart way to test the waters and see just how compatible the two can be. But with living together comes buying and being gifted a bunch of stuff, and when the time for marriage comes a lot of couples are left thinking about their registry.
Couples stress over which items to put on their registry: what gifts are worth registering for? And if the couple has been living together for a while: what’s left to register for? For the couples that already have everything here is a list of tried and tested items that you may have overlooked needing. Enjoy!

Good article! You’re definitely right about couples moving in togther before marriage a lot more these days. My husband and I were together six years before we got married, so we were totally stumped when it came to our wedding registry!
