Happy Monday! Summer is officially here and July 4th is less than two weeks away! With little time left to decorate, today I want to share with you a few really beautiful and simple ways to add July 4th decor in the farmhouse style. Two of my favorite things — July 4th and farmhouse home decor! The July 4th holiday holds a very special place in my heart because it is my birthday! Woohoo! Fireworks on my birthday every year has not been a bad deal, considering I have to share my birthday with the country.
As you will see with the gorgeous examples below, adding some simple July 4th decor can be as easy as putting out a flag or two (or ten). Have vintage red, white, and blue decor? Even better! Vintage Americana decor always helps create a homey farmhouse vibe. How many vintage Coca-Cola crates can you spot below? I absolutely love this idea! Should I ever come across one myself, I will be sure to hold onto it tight for future decorating. I hope the decor ideas below help inspire you to create a patriotic farmhouse vibe of your own. Enjoy!
July 4th Porch
Show off your patriotic love for all to see by decorating your front porch! What I love most about these July 4th porches is how simple yet effective the decor is.Β No need to go over the top and empty your wallets to create an ultra-patriotic porch. As you’ll see below, just adding a few small flags with some red, white, and blue decor you already own can be all you need. The final porch photo is a clever July 4th DIY ribbon project that really adds a sweet farmhouse touch.
July 4th Living Room
These farmhouse living rooms are so cozy and holiday-ready. With just a few items, these rooms are transformed into a patriotic living space. A large flag is a key component here and I absolutely love how they are hung against a weathered frame, barn doors, and a chunky farmhouse table. Super simple and absolutely stunning! How sweet is the red tricycle peeking out from the coffee table below?
July 4th Mantle Decor
Each of these mantels are decorated so different yet so effective with just a few simple July 4th decorations. You absolutely have to love the miniature red truck and wagon which add a sweet and vintage touch. Speaking of vintage, how great is the Coca-Cola crate with mini glass soda bottles? Like I said before, I absolutely want to find one of these for myself!
July 4th Dining and Kitchen
Having guests over for a July 4th dinner? Any of these dining and kitchen ideas will be sure to help you create the most patriotic eating space for you and your guests to enjoy.
July 4th Entry Way
Welcome home and welcome to the sweetest July 4th entryways! With charming banners, Americana textiles, and a DIY pallet wood flag these entryways are sure to inspire you to create a patriotic welcoming.
