How To Find Sponsored Posts For Bloggers
A sponsored post is when you are paid to write and publish a post on your blog. However, if you don’t have a blog this can still be applied to you if you have a dedicated social media following (i.e. Instagram). In fact, some sponsored networks only require that you share the sponsored content on a social platform.
Sponsored posts can be really fun and help you earn an income with your blog. How do bloggers find sponsored post opportunities? Sponsored posts can come from brands contacting you directly, you contacting brands, or by joining sponsored post networks, which I am here to talk about today!
Sponsored Post Opportunities
There are a TON of sponsored post networks that you can join. The networks help connect you, the blogger/influencer, to brands for sponsored opportunities. Typically you can expect to receive payment plus a product(s) to test. But it all depends on the brand and sponsored opportunity.
The first thing you want to do is sign up with sponsored post networks. All networks are different and some may require you to have a certain number of followers or page views on your blog before signing up. Some networks have no requirements and you can sign up no matter how new your blog is or how small your social media following may be.
Once you’ve signed up you will receive sponsored post opportunities that you qualify to apply for. Again, your opportunities may be limited to your blog and social media credentials.
As long as you are able to sign up, do it! You can always go back and edit your information (i.e. follower count, page views, media kit, etc) at a later date should you need to. However, a lot of networks will automatically update your followers and page view numbers for you, but it’s always good practice to check on this from time to time.
As your followers and page views grow, your sponsored post opportunities list will grow as well.

Although there are a ton of sponsored post networks to join, here are a few of the most popular for bloggers, plus a few that I have personally used and enjoyed working with.
